Halloween // Does fog juice stain carpet?

Accidentally spilled a few drops of smoke machine liquid on our carpet. I have scoured the internet for answers on what to do and came up with nothing, so I doused water over it. I’m still waiting for it to dry but am I gonna find an ugly stain left behind? If so, do I have any course of action that can fix it?
