Halloween // How do you make a fake plaster cast for costumes?

Trying to get ahead of the rush and planning for Halloween early. My friend and I want to make a fake plaster cast for his leg as part of his Halloween costume. We don't know how to make one and we're wondering if anyone could help? We want it to be pretty easy to put on and take off, but look realistic. Thanks.
