Halloween // Decoration ideas for a bar?

Hello spooky people! My boss has put me in charge of decorating the bar I work at for Halloween, and has given me a budget of £50 to work with. Their only specification was that it can’t be “tacky”. I’m in Devon, UK - would anyone have any tips and ideas, or places I should go to get things from?
