Halloween // What are the best cities in the U.S. to celebrate Halloween?

I'm looking for those cities that truly embrace the holiday, either traditionally or in an interesting alternative manner. If you have lived there or live there now, extra points. I currently live in a tight-assed small town (Tillamook, OR) that just doesn't get it. Halloween, I mean. Thanks!
