Halloween // Need help on wigs

I'm supposed to dress up as an angel this halloween, and I want to buy a long/medium white wig. I just don't want to end up with a bad quality wig. How should I make sure that the wig I buy is good quality, how it's shown and maybe not too expensive?

I'm also welcome to tips on how I should go about doing this costume in general.
