Halloween // Simple Dia De Los Muertos makeup ideas

Every year my daughter's sports team does a Halloween themed sporting event. They were trying to come up with some ideas and as usual they came to me because I am Mr. Halloween to them. I suggested a Dia De Los Muertos inspired theme. Problem is, most makeup kits have the beads and they are not going to stay on long. Plus the makeup needs to be able to stand up to a day of play. Wondering if anyone had some ideas for simple and designs that can be applied somewhat quickly and that's hold up all day. Tall order, I know.
