Halloween // How difficult would it be to make a talking skeleton that would work with a microphone?

I've always wanted one of those talking props to startle the kids, but the only one I've seen is the bony tony from a couple years ago and it seems as though it's not for sale anymore. Which made me wonder if it was possible to make my own. Is there like a kit or something that could help me make one?
