Halloween // Happy about my Splicer costume but insecure about my body and they way it looks on me

So for Halloween this year I'm being a Splicer from Bioshock and I'm basically done with making it at this point and I'm super happy with how it turned out but I feel like it looks bad on me. For context, I'm 5'5 and around 280 pounds and the Splicers are super skinny so I feel stupid when I wear it because of my weight. Any Ideas of how I could make myself feel better in my costume? I might post it later since it's late and I don't have the right hair color for it (gonna dye it ginger in October).
