Halloween // What are your favorite places to get decorations or props?

I am looking to expand my collection of halloween decorations. Unfortunately I don't have the amount of workspace or time for much DIY. Aside from Craigslist or yardsales which I have scored some fantastic buys at, what are some of your favorite resources for decorating?

I do the typical HD and Lowes, however I've noticed they vary greatly in quality, price, and availability.

Since my favorite holiday, and assumedly yours, is a few months off, I thought this might be a good time to shop for deals and perhaps get the most bang for my buck, so to speak.
