Halloween // Pumpkin help

I am starting my decoration planning and just curious if anyone has any insight as to where to purchase decently priced craft pumpkins? Those 9” outdoor foam like ones you see at Michaels? It may just be what it is, but searching for like a set of 4 has me hitting dead ends and Etsy stores asking for $50 for one.
