Halloween // Halloween Vacation

Hello my spooky friends! My fiancé and I normally travel to New Orleans for Halloween but this year we’d like to travel to a different place for my favorite holiday. Which cities in the US would you recommend for celebrating Halloween and why? Thanks for your help!
