Halloween // Anyone know the maker?

I found this collection at a local Goodwill. Unfortunately, I dawdled too long and someone purchased the set before I could make up my mind. Any ideas who the maker might be?

I imagine they're very old and most likely no longer in business. The buildings were very small, like a Philip Laureston cottage.
