Halloween // Best place to find good quality costume pieces

I'm getting ready early for Halloween this year, and was planning on going as Indiana Jones. I have a nice leather jacket I was planning on using, but need a good hat, whip, and satchel.

I did a little browsing on Amazon and found some that looked pretty good, but wasn't sure of a great place to find some affordable, but higher quality pieces. :)
