Halloween // Question about Gorilla costumes

Why is finding a realistic gorilla costume or mask so hard? All the ones I see look nothing like an actual gorilla, and the detailed ones are $5k+. I understand making it look super detailed would take time and cost money, but the masks they make and market as "realistic" look horrible.
