Halloween // Voice changer

My dad is pretty serious about decorating for halloween and i’m proud to say we’re the spectacle of our neighbor hood and town. We have a cornmaze and this year i’ll be a scarecrow lurking in the corn. But i had this good idea of getting a vice changer to yell at people with. Does anyone know any good voice changers besides the cheap ones from amazon and party city? I feel like that’s my only option.
