Halloween // please help, im making a costume!

Literally just this as a costume but I want EXACTLY this. This photo gives me life.

I can only find versions of that gas mask but wanted the exact one with the black ring piece in the middle, separated eye holes, and the filter on the left.

I also have no idea what kind of pants have that kind of immense stretch in that sort of material but I think that looks the best.

Please help me. I just don't have a previous knowledge of gas masks or stretchy pants so anyone one who does please give me some serial numbers on these products or an amazon link and I'll build this costume to my best ability.
