Halloween // Looking for costume ideas, first time dressing up!

5'2 25 yo South Asian female and got black wavy/curly shoulder length hair and wheatish skin. Don't really have a budget in mind, and am not really very good with DIY. It's my first time dressing up for Halloween and I am out of ideas. I'm hoping I can be something creative or some character from a TV show...
