Halloween // Halloween Village/Town Novels and books

This is probably an odd sort of question but does anybody know of any novels for adults that take place in a universe that is a spooky town? Towns like the Lemax Spooky Town or Department 56 Halloween decorations?

Basically, novels that take place in a town whose inhabitants are ACTUALLY werewolves, vampires, monsters etc.?

I’m looking for Halloween-centric stories to read for the season.
