Halloween // Halloween Card Exchange Signups! (The Return!)

It’s baaa-ack! After last year’s success, I humbly present to you the second annual Halloween Card Exchange! 

Especially this year, a card exchange seems like the perfect way to celebrate our favorite holiday: we might not be able to have our usual trick-or-treating and parties, but we can still have frightful delights via snail mail! 

How it works
You put your info into this form. (Please only fill it out once)
I will match everyone up based on how many cards they want to send (and where they want to send them to). I will PM each person with their matches' info, and it will be up to each person to send out their cards.
You won't know in advance who is sending you a card - but you will receive as many cards as you send out. (I promise you only treats, no tricks!)

Signup deadline
I'll close the form on October 14th, which gives me enough time to sort through the responses and PM everyone, and gives you enough time to send out cards. The goal is to have cards arrive as close to Halloween Day as possible.
(Don't worry, I'll post a reminder in a few weeks before I close the form, so everyone will have a chance to sign up!)

Important changes from last year
Since last year was the first time I’ve organized something like this, there were bound to be a few kinks to sort out! Mainly, I’m hoping that everyone actually receives the same number of cards that they sent. 
I know things can change quickly, especially nowadays, so I’ll be messaging everyone when I close the form to check-in and reconfirm that you’re still able to participate. In short, please answer any messages you get from me! 
I don’t want to be too overbearing, but I do want to make sure these exchanges are fun and fair for everyone involved!
