Halloween 2017: Decorating Help: Paper Bats

Okay Halloween friends, I need your help. I’m doing a bat-themed party, & I need to stick a whole flock of paper/card stock bats to at least three surfaces: painted wall, brick, & indoor stucco. What is the best & most economical adhesive/method of non-permanently attaching them so they don’t fall off?
