Halloween // Why is "Don't Stop Til You Get Enough" by Michael Jackson associated with Halloween?

I've seen this song on many Halloween playlists and hear it a lot around Halloween. I really enjoy it and it reminds me of Halloween, but why? Anyone else notice this?
