Halloween // Target Halloween Release?

Last year I missed out on most of the really great Target Halloween stuff so I was determined to get it this year (mainly the spooky succulents/fake plants, fake books, etc). I wasn't sure what time they would consider to be the start of August 27, the release date, so I checked tonight (8/26) at 9pm, 10pm, and I was 13 min late at 11:13pm. And apparently it was released at 11 PDT! I missed everything I wanted. Does anyone know if the high in demand items get restocked? Did anyone get what they want? I thought I was being silly for getting in so early! I see ones from last year being sold for 5x the original price on eBay.
