Halloween // Got this idea that I wanna gauge before going through on it

Basically thought about going to dollar stores and thrifts shops and getting as many dolls as possible then mutilating them and stringing them up as decorations.

I was also planning on dressing up as a clown. Is it safe to dress up as a clown again? I just wanna make sure this comes off more Pennywise than John Wayne Gacy.
