Halloween // Creepy Christmas yard decor ideas?

Hi everyone! My husband and I are starting the process of decorating our yard for Halloween. We saw that Spirit Halloween has an animatronic Krampus and decided that we want to do a creepy Christmas theme. I guess the upside of this is that we can leave it all out until Christmas and then save it for future years. Obviously Krampus won't hang out on our porch all the time, but he's going to be a permanent fixture in our living room.

Has anyone else ever done this theme before? We do something different every year. We have a pretty sizeable front yard, a larger porch (with brick pillars), and a large picture window. So a good amount of space to work with.

Other ideas that we had were...

-Stringing up a couple of creepy elves by their feet -Creepy snowmen made out of pumpkins (some white, some orange) -Bloody snowflake pathway markers -Fake snow with fake bloody patches -Christmas lights with some Halloween lights mixed in
