Halloween // Where can I find some really badass witchy looking dresses?

I want to dress as a witch this year but I can’t seem to find any cool, gothic-ish dresses that I like enough to use for a costume. I really like long, lacey, flowy black dresses. Where can I find something like this? Or how can I make one myself?
