Halloween // What ever happen to Mischief/Goosey Night?

As we grow closer to Spooky Season, and how people stay inside most days, a thought popped into my head. What ever happen to Mischief/Goosey Night? I remember as a kid going to my school which was always egged and teepeed, even cars in the neighborhood. As I got i got older there has been a huge decline the past few years I would go on Halloween and nothing! Nothing on my car, my house, really anywhere. Now I’m wondering is it my area or is this an all around thing?
