Halloween // Prop Question: Furry Material In the Rain??

Hello! I'm hoping to construct a "Goatman" and would like to incorporate a fur-like material, however, I hope to leave my prop outside during the month of October- at least for a little while... anyone have any thoughts on what material would be good to create "fur"? Preferably something that would bounce back or "hold up" if it rains a lot? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!!
