Halloween // Parent funded Halloween!!

Ok, so my idea is that everyone still does trick or treating. All the decorations! All the costumes! All the houses visited! But the candy is provided by the parents. Every house you give your kid a candy or 2. Of course abiding by quarantine rules and whatnot.
