Halloween // I need help

I can’t think of any ideas on what to create for homemade decor. I don’t want that cheesy Pinterest stuff like cute little pumpkins, my vision calls for horror. I have a music studio that I want to make Halloween themed. I have some blocks of wood, a few cabinet-sized pieces of foam and a couple paint pens. It ain’t much, but just some ideas might kick off some creativity. If anyone can help, I praise you.
