Halloween // What Horror Costume should I wear to ComicCon?

Hey guys! Looking for some ideas for some good horror costumes. Trying to figure out a decent costume for Comic Con. My friends and I do a horror cosplay every year, but we aren't sure what to do this year. We have done Billy the Puppet from Saw with Jigsaw and a Pig Mask Killer. We have also done Ash from Evil Dead W/ Deadites and Hannibal Lecter (strapped to dolly) W/ Orderlies. Any ideas are appreciated. The size of ppl in group are 5'4" and about 120 lbs, 5'9" and 250lbs and 6'0' maybe about 140lbs. Any inspiration is appreciated! I will also post the costumes that we end up doing here
