Halloween // Outdoor Candle Recs

I have a lot of foam pumpkins outside, and only want to add more. I have 7 now, planning on getting at least 6 more this year. I have candles in them and they sit on top of large bag of sand. The sand helps from having the pumpkins blow and also elevates the candle so it doesn’t sit in water if it rains. My two issues are this;

-They don’t seem very bright. I have a street light somewhat close so it’s not pitch black at night. I want a candle to brightly illuminate my pumpkins! -The pumpkins aren’t waterproof! Water still gets in the carvings and the cutout on the top. While the sand helps so it doesn’t sit it in over night, some candles broke last year.

For those of you who have outdoor pumpkins, what do you do?
