Halloween // Looking for custom costumes makers

So I was looking up on Google what I wanted to be for Halloween, I was looking everything from SpongeBob to Micheal Myers and then I finally found it. But there was no where I can buy what I want, I had to make my own costume but I have zero skills on that so instead I would much rather pay any suggestions?
