Halloween // Help w/Labyrinth costume - buying/making

Fiancé is obsessed w/Labyrinth and she had the idea to make a “fake legs” costume to make it look as if you’re riding one of the dino/lizard looking mounts shown about 2/3 the way into the movie.

Can’t find by searching, anyone know where to buy or commission such a costume?
