Halloween // I'm staying overnight at the Villisca Axe Murder House soon! Can anyone recommend some ghost hunting tools?

I've already posted in r/ghosts, but haven't gotten many results.

Six kids and two adults were murdered in the house, so I'm taking some bouncy balls and toy cars for the kids' spirits, as well as a level to prove the floor is flat.

I'm taking a flashlight and leaving it be for a while to see if it turns on and off, and I'm taking a camera to capture anything weird. I'm also bringing baby powder to watch for foot/hand prints overnight.

Someone suggested I buy a voice recorder, which I definitely will. Any other experiments or beginner ghost hunting apparatus I can indulge in and expect results?
