Hello! I know it is a bit early but we were invited to a halloween wedding and there will be costume contest. Halloween // Black light reactive costume…

I want to make a costume using black light FABRIC markers or pencils if there is such a thing. I could use paint, but I want the costume to be interactive where people could color on it at parties without it being wet and messy. Any ideas? Please help.
